Toggle bullet particle effects

🎯 [Misc] It is now possible to enable engine boost without pressing a movement key.
🎯 [UI] Enable/disable bullet on-hit effects: You can now enable or disable bullet on-hit-effects for different sources. The alternatives are:
* All (Default): Bullet effects are enabled for all sources
* Friendlies: Bullet effects are only enabled for bullets created by player-friendly entities
* Local player: Bullet effects are only enabled for the local player
This option is found in the Combat section of the main menu options.
🎯 [UI] Health bars of on-board ship turrets are no longer drawn.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue that could cause an incorrect quest to be set as active.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue that caused incorrect on-hit-effects. This issue was introduced by the performance improvements in the latest patch.
