[Main Branch] 1.3.4 Stadium Lighting Fix

Hey guys, smol update here.

Stadium


-Lighting has been fixed.

Geometry


-Bumpers now use the newer wood material, and are coloured differently so the bouncy part pops.


Known Issues


-The Wall Cheese is still spawning in a weird spot.

-This has been fixed and is coming in an update tomorrow-ish.

[Main Branch] 1.3.3: Stadium Hotfix

-Hey guys, we fixed the bug preventing the ball from respawning on the Stadium level.

-That means we're able to open up the level again.

[h2]In Progress[/h2]

-The lighting still needs some fixing, and there's a collider I accidentally deleted on the top left roof.

-The water also needs to be re-added..

The new HDRP water wasn't working in the scene and needed some time to look at it.

-Made the ramps on the roof invisible for now, and made the ramps located on the floor more visible.

-The look of the ramps still needs some love, gonna work on that this week.

-The walls beside the goal posts are now a single mesh, meaning better performance and less problems (for us).

-Lighting has been re-done for the scene since we redid the glass.

[Main Branch] 1.3.2 Arrives to Main Branch!

Hey guys,

We've moved update 1.3.2 (the Graphics Update) to the main branch.

The Stadium level is closed for maintenance, found some bugs with the lighting and ball not spawning that I'll be fixing this week.

I wanted to get something pushed to main.

[BETA Branch] 1.3.2: Stadium Hotfix

Hey guys!

Quick update!

This one fixes the Stadium level not rendering properly after we upgraded to the new engine.

The water is still acting funny, so I'll need to look at that this week.

[BETA Branch] 1.3.1: Performance Hotfix

Hey guys, we fixed the performance problem on the BETA branch.

You should get more frames in gameplay now.

For comparison, I was getting ~30 frames with my i5 9600k w/ 1660ti.

I'm getting consistently 100+ now.

We'll continue optimizing, this is just the first step!

Also:

[h2]Ramps[/h2]

-Added the first iteration of ramps to the level.
They round out the corners and offer some interesting gameplay options for hitting the back.
They also make the flow a little better because the ball comes back into play faster.

Still working on getting the visuals right, need to learn Shader graph and get that working, but wanted to put out a performance fix as soon as we could!

EDIT: I forgot to mention, the Stadium level still needs some tweaks to the materials after upgrading our engine. It may look weird. I'll be fixing that next week.
