How to get Bell:

2. Commanders can tap the Bell Sale tab in Event to purchase more Bell.
3. In the Bell Collection Day, if the commander completes a specified number of Advanced Recruitment tasks, they can obtain the genes for Flame Witch and Deadly Shadow.
4. In the Bell Collection Day, if the commander completes a specified number of Bell Recruitment tasks, they can obtain the genes for Moonlit Phantom.
