How to get Blue Ore:

2. Commanders can tap the Ore Sale tab in Event to purchase more Blue Ore.
3. In the Mining Day, if the commander completes the Blue Ore Recruitment task a specified number of times, they can obtain the genes for Moonlit Phantom.
