Provide a 2% stun resistance for all Heroes.
[How to Activate]
After collecting 100 Horcard Wu Zetian shards, commander could activate the Horcard by tapping it in the Hero-Horcard interface.
[Tips]
The shard of Horcard: Wu Zetian is different with Gene Shard, and Horcard: Wu Zetian is not a Hero.
