-Activation-
After gathering 100 shards of Horcard-Cleopatra, commanders can go to the Hero-Horcard page and click the Horcard-Cleopatra to activate it.

-Obtainment-
Join in Children Day’s special events, come and get the brand new Horcard!

-Tips-
Horcard-Cleopatra's shard is not equivalent to Angel's Gene. Besides, Cleopatra is not one of the Angel either, please pay attention to distinguish it.
