[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: Exchange Facility & 1 Other

[p]Greetings Commanders,[/p][p][/p][p]We've identified the following issue after the maintenance on November 4th, 2025.[/p][p][/p][p]1. The weapon Photon Rifle - Heimdall, which was scheduled to be included at a later date, could be seen in the Exchange List and was available from the Exchange Facility.[/p][p][/p][p]This issue has been addressed so that the item can no longer be acquired until its official release in the Exchange Facility.[/p][p]This will also be fully removed in a future patch.[/p][p][/p][p]Please note that any items obtained prior to the official update may be retrieved without prior notice.[/p][p][/p][p]2. An abnormal screen appears when attempting to purchase Annerose from the Character Shop.[/p][p][/p][p]We are currently working to fix this issue. In the meantime, if you wish to purchase the character, please use the Package Shop instead.[/p][p][/p][p]We apologize for the inconvenience caused.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank You.[/p]
