[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: 'Steel Witch' Package Purchase Error & 2 Others (Fixed)

[p]Greetings Commanders,[/p][p][/p][p]We've identified the following issues after the maintenance on November 4th, 2025.[/p][p][/p][p]1. Skill preview clips of Playable Character skills did not play on iOS devices [/p][p]2. An abnormal screen appears when attempting to purchase Annerose from the Character Shop[/p][p]3. The weapon Photon Rifle - Heimdall, could be seen in the Exchange List and was available from the Exchange Facility. (removed from the list).[/p][p]└ As of 03:05 (UTC) on November 5, 2025, the item can no longer be obtained through the Exchange Facility.[/p][p][/p][p]All three Issues are now fixed. If these issues persist, please restart your game to apply the fixes.[/p][p][/p][p]We apologize for the inconvenience these issues may have caused.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank You.[/p]
