Update 0.33 - New Extra mode: padwork!

Thank you to the current players who have been providing me feedback. I will be pushing regular updates over the coming weeks/months as we work together to make this a good training environment!
- New Extra mode: Padwork! In this mode a pad will appear in front of you while you train against the dummy. When the pad appears, hit it. You need to react fast as it will disapear, and you will lose your combo.
Updates and fixes:
- Combo audio effect increases pitch each time. So it's easier to know you are making progress with the combos.
Updated level 1 and 2 unlock score threshold.
