FOOTSIES Rollback Edition v2.5.0 Updates

We added the new mechanic to the gameplay in this version! and also some additional stuff along with the new mechanic. The game is also released in iOS platform and it is cross-platform with PC so make sure to invite your friend to play with you!

FOOTSIES Rollback Edition v2.4.0 Update

You can now customize a part of your character through Customize menu. The game already has 3 presets for player 1 and player 2 but you can edit those however you want. This customization works in both offline and online modes. Show your best customization to the opponent!





FOOTSIES Rollback Edition v2.3.0 Update

[Internal]
- Changed P2P and Lobby system to enable cross-platform online with Android.

[Netcode]
- Reduced the time uses for syncing the client back when it is ahead of the opponent (the amount of time when huge rollback happens is reduced).

[Online Vs]
- Show rollback frames under the ping number.
- Added a button to turn on/off lobby chat during battle.

[Matchmaking]
- Added 'Quick Match' to online vs menu. It will find an available lobby and join immediately or create a new lobby if there is no available one.

[Lobby]
- Chat now supports East Asian Characters (Chinese, Korean, Japanese).
- Added a button to show/hide lobby id.

[Battle]
- Increased hit confirm window for both normal attacks from 18 frames to 20 frames, by increasing the active frame and hit-stop frame by 1 (2 more frames for hit confirm and 1 more frame for whiff punish)

[Training Mode]
- Player can now set P2 as CPU in training mode

[Option]
- Added in-game vsync on/off option.
- User can now see all available color palettes in the option (Can only set to the unlocked one).

FOOTSIES Rollback Edition is now available on Mac OS X

  • FOOTSIES Rollback Edition is now available on Mac OS X (Sierra 10.12+).
  • [New Features] Separated shield setting for player 1 and player 2 in Training Mode.
  • [Bug Fix] Align the battle screen to the center instead of the top (in case the game is not running in 16:9).


Fighting game FOOTSIES Rollback Edition is now available on Linux

Stripping back fighting games to the ground-based combat experience and back to the basics, FOOTSIES Rollback Edition is out now on Linux.
