Grapple Dog Version 2.0.1

Hi! Just a small update fixing a few issues with the 2.0.0 patch.

- fixed bug: gems drawing slightly incorrect on overworld bubbles
- fixed bug: tank giving out too many health pickups
- fixed bug: patrol grapple solids out of sync
- fixed bug: cannons not loading correctly
- fixed bug: pressing b on title screen makes quit menu noise
