Nightmare Puppeteer can make you that sweet cryptocurrency

As a cryptocurrency enthusiast myself as I was designing Nightmare Puppeteer I added some things to it to help people create original art pieces with it.

If you've never heard of NFT digital art go read about it, its the next big thing for buying/selling art.

Here are just two of many NFT art markets
SuperRare OpenSea

There are many more like those and many more on the way where artists are making good money for their art.

So what does this have to do with Nightmare Puppeteer? If you browse the art on those sites you will see that they are either still images or animated gif's. Nightmare Puppeteer can create both AND it can also export 360' images and 360' image sequences that you can turn into animated gif's etc.

Everything you make with NP is yours. So if I were you I'd use NP to create pieces of original art and sell them on those sites. Who knows? You can be the next big thing in digital art!

You need an Ethereum wallet to use those art sites. I recommend this one Metamask. You'll also need a few dollars(usd) to process your art creation transactions. The last time I did it, it cost about $0.75 to create an NFT but the prices will vary.

Now you might ask yourself why I, the creator of NP is not doing this. I'm just too busy.

I'm currently making a new animated feature film and I'm going to use Nightmare Puppeteer to create some footage of people talking on giant screens that appear in the film. Here is a test clip from the film here.

So my film "M Doll" will be the first animated feature film that includes footage created in Nightmare Puppeteer.

On that note. If I were you I would create a full length film or pilot for a series in Nightmare Puppeteer and enter it into film festivals/try to sell it to Netflix etc.

All of this is totally possible and someone will do it in time. Why not you? If you all don't do it then I'm going to, but why should I have all the fun? GO DO IT!

Put your live self into your Nightmares!

We just updated Nightmare Puppeteer to v1.1.3

You can now add live webcam video sources to your scenes that have video objects in them. We also added two new video screen objects to the Lousy Level Editor so you can add live or pre-made videos to any scene where ever you'd like.

Check the newest tutorial to show you how.
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

We also improved the way animation sets are switched + fixed them up a little as well.

You can use these commands to switch your animation sets while in a scene

* Previous animation set = ALT + Q
* Next animation set = ALT + A

Go make everything stranger!

The tubes have been unleashed in Nightmare Puppeteer!

After receiving a request to do so you can now use youtube/bitchute video links as sound AND video sources in Twitch mode.

This opens up a TON of new media for your viewers to submit into Nightmare Puppeteer!

The solution I'm using for the youtube links says it supports links from MANY more sites, you can check the full list here I only tested youtube and bitchute myself.

I'm sorry above the massive 4.8gb file for the update. I need to figure why Steam does that. It seems every update I make requires a 4.8gb download. Again, I apologize for that and I'll try to resolve it.

The Nightmare Puppeteer origin story....

Imagination Rabbits in house professional weirdo M dot Strange released an animated feature film titled "I am Nightmare" in 2014. You can see the trailer here
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

The reason this film is relevant to Nightmare Puppeteer is because it was the first time M dot Strange utilized a basic automatic lip sync for the characters. This is done using a very simple technique where the audio amplitude of the voice drives the rotation of the jaw.

After completing the above film in 2014, M dot Strange went into video game development and finished several small games and experiments you can find here on his itch.io page.

In 2017 he decided to recreate his simple lip sync system inside of the Unity game engine just to make some fast animations. This animation was made using that technique
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

After making that animation using the lip sync technique M dot decided to push the technique further and turn it into a weird little game/toy called "Weirdo" or "Weirdoware" It utilized the lip sync with a live microphone. The system analyzed the users voice and could detect pitch, causing different things to happen based on the pitch. You can see a video of it here
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

You can download and play with Weirdoware for free here

In early 2020 M dot dug out the Weirdro character with its lip sync system to make some more weird animations like this one
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

*If you look closely at Weirdro's head it is included in Nightmare Puppeteer with a different texture.

A few days after making the last video M dot pushed the concept further adding manual animation control and he created this animation with it
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

*The character in the above video is used in the short video that plays before every scene in Nightmare Puppeteer.

A day after that M dot pushed the concept further and made this animation in what was the first version of Nightmare Puppeteer
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

*The scene in the above video became the "Funny Haha" scene.

So now you know where Nightmare Puppeteer came from. May god have mercy on your soul.

Now go out and create and release your own original animations with Nightmare Puppeteer!

You will write the next chapter in Nightmare Puppeteers history! Good luck Puppeteerians!

Meat your new backup dancers

Eight different backup dancer types have been added to the Lousy Level Editors inventory. Spawn these dancers into the scene and they'll mimic your every move except jumping as they never learned to jump.
