Update Alpha 0.0.1b

Hello survivors!

Here's a small bug fix and some new content

- Added pause menu
- Added Glow Stick

- Fixed respawn of resources in multiplayer
- Fixed obstruction of the doorway
- Fixed the location of the ceiling during construction
- Fixed inability to place building objects on house structures
- Fixed inability to install a farm outside the foundation

- Now mushrooms restore 2 times more hunger and thirst
- Now when picking up cannabis, seed is given instead of tissue
- Increased cannabis growth time in the farm to 2 minutes
