V7.01 Progress report

Hi Everyone,

A small update will be ready in just a few days and here is a running list of additions/changes that are completed so far. This post will be updated every few days so be sure to keep an eye on it if you'd like to keep tabs on stuff coming down the pipeline.


New Content:

ADDED - Wooden Spike Traps: Vambies will slowly die when caught up in them.

- Animals will attack it like any other building section, only Vambies will get caught in them.
- Build Recipe: 1 Log, 4 Sticks and 1 Rope.




Changes:

CHANGE - Fence Snapping: Many have been asking for this to be a possible thing, it now is.
CHANGE - New Anvil mesh.
CHANGE - Reduced frequency of animal sounds from every 10 seconds to 25 seconds.




BUG FIXES:

BUG FIX - Iron Axe hitting tree stumps had a strange behaviour.
BUG FIX - Could not attack birds in a melee state like with and axe or spear.
BUG FIX - AI jump attack would sometimes hold the player even from far if the attack was a miss.
BUG FIX - Occasionally, the new AI would get stuck and go idle in swarm events. This would cause the event to only end at 4am because players could not kill the entire swarm.
BUG FIX - Could build second door in the door frames after a game reload.


Optimizations:

Optimization - Reduction of some normal texture resolutions sizes. Will help reduce Ram requirement.
