Official Announcement: Answering Concerns Regarding Multiplayer / Development

Hello, Climbers!

[h2]There has been a lot of confusion lately as to whether or not our game is an MMO.[/h2]

[h3]No, despite having Multiplayer features, Skyclimbers is NOT an MMO.[/h3]

We wanted to clarify the state of our game's multiplayer features as well as reassure you that the scope of development is within reach of the team based on our current timeline and funding.[/h3]

About our Multiplayer Systems:

Yes, our game will have many multiplayer features and functions, but the focus of our development is on single-player and player-hosted Co-op.
Dedicated servers will roll out later in development, but will only host up to 48 players.

We acknowledge that there have been other game projects on Kickstarter that may seem similar and never launched.

However, we are not related to these companies and their materials so there should be no correlation between the two.
