On the same day he joins the roster, his Outfit 2—featuring the iconic green overalls and red bandana from Street Fighter III—will be available to purchase or unlock through World Tour by meeting certain conditions.[/p][p]Alex can be acquired individually using Fighter Coins, or if you own the Year 3 Character Pass or Year 3 Ultimate Pass, he will be automatically added to your roster upon release.
