Q: Why is the viewpoint movement of a mobile suit slow during fighting, even if I move the mouse or controller stick to move the viewpoint?
A: Each mobile suit has a "Turn speed" parameter, and the speed of viewpoint movement depends on this value.
If you are using a mouse, you can see the direction in which the mobile suit is facing by moving the red square reticle as you move the viewpoint.

Q: How do I close an application from the title screen?
A: If you wish to exit the game on the title screen, you can exit the application by pressing the Alt and F4 keys simultaneously.


Q: Why is there a time every Thursday when I can't play the game?
"A: Every Wed. and Thu. from 22:00 to 1:00 (PDT) (scheduled), we will be performing scheduled maintenance to apply that weeks update which includes new Supply Drops, events, and other game features. Updates will be announced on Steam News, please check the link below for the details.

Q: Is there any data transfer from PS3 "Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation" or PS3/PS4 "Gundam Battle Operation Next", or any data transfer bonuses?
A:
There is currently no data transfer from PS3 "Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation" or PS3/PS4 "Gundam Battle Operation Next" or data rewards.

Q: Can network test play data be transferred to the production version?
A:
Play data used during the network test cannot be transferred to the production version.

Q: When I start the game, why does the message "Preparing Epic Online System Anti-Cheat Interfaces" appear different from the name of the file that is actually installed?
A:
The latest version of Easy Anti-cheat is now integrated into and part of the EPIC Online Service, so the information shown is correct.

Q: How can I assign controller buttons to keys?
A:
You can set it up from within the game by following the steps below:
1. press the V key (*) in base camp to open the [H.A.R.O.] screen
2. Select "Options" > "Key Binding Settings"
3. Select the item for which you want to set the action in the [Action] column
* For default settings when using keyboard.

Q: Does the game allow for cross-play with PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 players?
A:
Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 does not have cross-platform play functionality.
PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®5 players can match and form groups with each other,
but you cannot match or form groups with players from different platforms.

Q: What happens to my saved data if I change the PC on which I play the game?
A:
As long as you are using the same Steam account, your player data will be saved regardless of which device you log in from.
Please note that option/configuration settings are not saved on the server and are unique to each device.
Please note that if you change your PC, you will need to reconfigure your options.

Q: I cannot start the game.
A:

Restarting the game may improve the problem. Please try restarting it.

A:

 If checked, the DLC is installed in the game.

Q: With certain procedures, the game audio (stereoscopic) is not output.
A:
If the Windows OS sound setting is switched from "3D Sound(Off)" to "Windows Sonic for Headphones" during game play, the game audio will not be output.
This can be fixed by the following procedure.
1. Restart the application after the problem occurs.
2. After the problem occurs, return the Windows OS sound setting to "3D Sound (Off)".
3. Before launching the application, switch the Windows OS sound settings to "Windows Sonic for Headphones".
