This is "Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2" on Steam® team.
Here, you will find some useful information for battle in GBO2.
■MS
■3 types of MS
We have "General", "Raid" and "Support" type MS in GBO2, each of them is specialized to counter one of the other type and be countered by another one.
Learn this well and you will know your advantage and disadvantage.
■Different type of MS
General
A well balanced type, good at both close and mid range battle.
Suitable for different kinds of situation or strategy.
Raid
Expert of close range combat.
Get close to your opponent, deal massive melee damage and mess the battle field up!
Support
Specialist of long range attack or carrying different support function.
You can shoot at general or raid where they cannot reach you with your high fire power weapons.
■Customize
Main weapon
You can equip weapons with different effect to your MS.
Custom parts
Custom parts can boost the spec when you equip them to your MS.
■Infantry
The pilot of the MS, get off from MS and act as a human (infantry).
■Weapons
Bazooka
Machine gun
Repair kit
Flash bang
Knife
■Infantry actions
Seize a point
Get close and stay to take a point.
Once you take the point, your teammates will able to respawn(sortie) from there.
Set/defuse a bomb
You can set a bomb to the required area in enemy base.
Bomb will blow up the base in 60 seconds and you will gain massive score.
You can go through the same procedure to defuse a bomb in your base too.
Artillery support
Once your team take a point in the MAP, it will show "!" mark which means the artillery support is ready.
Artillery support can be called to an area in the MAP.
It's a large-scale attack that can turn the tides of the battlefield and creating openings, so go aggresively if you have the chance.

Take over the enemy MS
You may get on a MS which is no pilot on it and take over the control.
Be careful, that MS will be self-destructed in a minute so don't be trapped by the explosion.

Pilot can also control some unit on the field, not just the MS.

■6 vs 6 team against battle action
Seize the victory by evaluating the battle situation, not just through destroying MS but, also by taking control of the relay points, destroying the enemy bases, and much more!
The team have higher score will be the winner.

■Choose the mode
In "Battle Simulator", you can test different situations that you will have in battle with the AI pilots.
"Trial" mode lets you able to try a MS, "Survival" mode is to face the advancing by non-stop enemy MS group, and "Boss" mode will have a battle with the gigantic MS.
■Trial
A mission to use the specified MS to destroy the a target.
1. You can try the MS which you don't have
⇒ In "Trial", you can only choose the MS the missioin provided, but you may try the MS which you don't have.
⇒ You CANNOT customize or paint the trial MS.
※ Still, you can customize the MS if you have already obtained it.
2. Finish the tasks in each phase and destroy target
⇒ Such as "destroy a certain number of enemy MS", once you have finished all tasks in all phase, the target will appear in the field.
⇒ Once the target has been destroyed, the mission will be cleared no matter how many enemies remain.
■Survival
Enemy MS will keep approaching and you have to destroy a certain number of MS to finish this mission.
Destroy a certain number of MS to finish the mission.
⇒ Every phase you will have different number of MS to destroy, and finish the requirements of the final phase to clear the mission.
■Boss
Destroy the boss in the final phase to finish this mission.
Finish tasks in each phase, once you destroy the boss, the mission is over.
⇒ Such as "destroy a certain number of enemy MS", once you have finished all tasks in all phase, the boss will appear in the field.
⇒ Once the boss has been destroyed, the mission will be cleared no matter how many enemies remain.
