About some account recovery due to accounts misbanned by system （2024/3/7）
Hello, Pilots!
This is the Steam® version "Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2" team.
From [JST] 2023/12/05 to 2024/02/21,
we found some cases of some accounts were detected and jugded as cheating by the system,
and had been misbanned by the system afterward.
■ Target accounts
・187 misbanned accounts
We had investigated the data such as action log to analyze this issue.
We truly apologize to players who had misbanned by system and become unplayable for a certain period
for all these inconveniences and bringing you concerns.
We, development team, has unbanned those accounts on [JST] 2024/02/22 and [JST] 2024/02/29 after our rejudgement.
We apologize for taking a long time to find the trouble core and delayed the unbanning.
Again, we deeply express our regret to players who affected by this issue.
Besides, players who got misbanned can play from the last savedata in the game.
For this, we would like to humbly pay the compensation to misbanned players.
