・U.C. 0100s, Mafty, an anti-Federation group acquired this unit in secret from Anaheim Electronics who developed
this MS, then send this Gundam-type unit was used to carry out an assault on Federation cabinet members later.
・It is considered as a sister model of the Penelope,
integrated with a Minovsky Flight Unit that allows it to conduct independent patrol flights.
In addition, its Beam Barrier system and capability to transform into “Flight Form”
makes it into a complete fifth-generation MS.

Skill “Minovsky Flight Unit (Xi)”
・Press "special weapon" to start the skill,
・Activate Flight Mode, allowing actions in midair.
⇒ MS will able to continue to stay flying without thruster consumption.
Still consumption will be occurred when starting/during High Speed Movement, quick ascending or descending.
No automatic recovery occurs while skill is activated.
・Reduces thruster consumption when starting/during High Speed Movement.
・Reduces damage reaction in midair.
・Syncs movement and melee attacks to reticle direction while active,
advanced combat at the cost of decreased attack power.
・This skill can also be used underwater.
When the thrusters overheat, the skill effect will be cancelled.
Skill “Flight Form (Xi)”
・When flying forward at high speed for a certain amount of time, the unit will enter Flight Form.
・Increased mobility.
・Reduces damage from the enemy ranged attacks, and reduces the stagger from cumulative damage.
・Main ranged weapon can be used while activated, and melee attacks switch to special melee animation.
Skill “MS Destroying ATK Program”
・When destroying an enemy MS, unit will recover a certain amount of thrusters.
This skill will NOT be in effect if the thrusters is overheated.

◎Battles
・Fixed a case in which the reaction would become “staggering” under certain conditions
when hitting an armament with the damage reaction “strong stagger”.
・In Free Practice, some AI enemy MS were behaving unnaturally in certain MAPs when the AI was set to ON
and now is fixed.
◎Units
・The stabilizer of the “Messer Type-F02” had different behavior from that of the “Messer Type-F01”
at the start of combat in space, and when performing a rapid ascent or descent and now is fixed.
◎Others
・The “Radar Range Display” that can be set in Options > Others is now fixed since the scale line was not displayed
in the battle simulator correctly.

◎Battles
・Fixed a case in which the reaction would become “staggering” under certain conditions
when hitting an armament with the damage reaction “strong stagger”.
・In Free Practice, some AI enemy MS were behaving unnaturally in certain MAPs when the AI was set to ON
and now is fixed.
◎Units
・The stabilizer of the “Messer Type-F02” had different behavior from that of the “Messer Type-F01”
at the start of combat in space, and when performing a rapid ascent or descent and now is fixed.
◎Others
・The “Radar Range Display” that can be set in Options > Others is now fixed since the scale line was not displayed
in the battle simulator correctly.
