  • Players can upgrade their Main Weapon Core ability with NPC EO. A powerful effect is activated at level 3 and 5.

[h3][Cryo Main Weapon] [/h3]
  • Level 1: Attacking with a Cryo Weapon chills enemies, which decreases their MOV SPD and ATK SPD. Chilled targets will freeze if hit with a CRIT.
  • Level 2: Increase Cryo Core DMG by 20%.
  • Level 4: Increase Cryo Core DMG by 30%.
ㅇ Cryo Weapon: Cold Snap
  • Level 3: Increase CRIT rate by 30% and cause a Frost Explosion when damaging enemies. (3 second cooldown)
  • Level 5: Increase CRIT DMG dealt to enemies immune to freeze by 200%.
ㅇ Cryo Weapon: Frost Shield
  • Level 3: For every chilled enemy, decrease DMG received by 0.5%.
  • Level 5: A Frost Shield is generated every 5 seconds.
o Cryo Weapon: BoneChill
  • Level 3: When freeze effect expires, discharge a Frost Explosion that freezes enemies.
  • Level 5: Damaging chilled enemies will discharge a Large Frost Explosion that freezes all enemies on screen. (5 second cooldown)

[h3][Flame Main Weapon][/h3]
  • Level 1: Enemies attacked with a Flame Weapon are inflicted with stacks of Ignite, which causes them to Burn and receive damage over time. When an enemy is inflicted with 10 stacks of Ignite, they explode dealing AoE damage.
  • Level 2: Increase Fire Core DMG by 20%.
  • Level 4: Increase Fire Core DMG by 30%.
ㅇ Flame Weapon: Undying Flame
  • Level 3: Burning enemies will continue to receive burn damage until they die.
  • Level 5: Increase Fire Core DMG by 10% for every Burning enemy.
ㅇ Flame Weapon: Meteor
  • Level 3: A fireball that deals 300% of Normal ATK as DMG will descend on the place of a Fire Blast.
  • Level 5: A trail of fire is left in the wake of the fireball.
ㅇ Flame Weapon: Pyrotechnics
  • Level 3: Gain 25% chance to discharge a Fire Blast on-hit when using sub weapons.
  • Level 5: Increase the chance of discharging a Fire Blast to 40% and stun hit enemies for 2 seconds. (Effect will apply to elites immune to immobility.)

[h3][Electric Main Weapon][/h3]
  • Level 1: Attacking with an Electric Weapon produces Chain Lightning. Chain Lightning branches out to nearby enemies, dealing damage and inflicting Shock on them.
  • Level 2: Increase Fire Core DMG by 20%.
  • Level 4: Increase Electric Core DMG by 30%.
ㅇ Electric Weapon: Screeching Lightning
  • Level 3: Shocks enemies damaged by Chain Lightning with a 30% chance.
  • Level 5: Every time a target is damaged by Chain Lightning, electric attacks deal 20% extra DMG against the target. (Max 600%)
ㅇ Electric Weapon: Great Thunderbolt
  • Level 3: Damaging an enemy calls down a Thunderbolt. (3 second cooldown)
  • Level 5: Increases Great Thunderbolt‘s DMG by 1000%.
ㅇ Electric Weapon: Focused Thunderbolt
  • Level 3: If all cores for normal attack, dash attack, and sub attack are Electric Cores, you gain 20% chance to call down Thunderbolt when damaging an enemy.
  • Level 5: Discharges 3 Thunderbolts in succession.

[h3]7. Added Core Changer system. [/h3]
  • Players can increase the power and level of their cores with NPC EO.
[Frozen Spear Change ]
  • Lightning Rod: Shoots out a Lightning Rod that sticks to enemies and discharges Chain Lightning for 3 seconds, that recharges every second.
  • Flame Spear: Fires a Flame Spear that recharges every second. Enemies hit explode.
[Frost Storm Change]
  • Electric Storm: Attacking with a sub weapon releases an Electric Storm that travels forward as it deals damage and discharges Chain Lightning.
  • Flame Storm: Attacking with a sub weapon will release a Flame Storm that travels forward as it deals damage and explodes at its destination.
[Electric Vengeance Change]
  • Auto Frost Explosion: Auto Frost Explosion occurs every 2 seconds. Enemies hit are Frozen.
  • Auto Fire Blast: Auto Fire Blast occurs every 3 seconds. Enemies hit are Burned.
[Shock Grenade Change]
  • Frost Bomb: Shoots a Frost Bomb when using the sub weapon. Enemies hit are Frozen.
  • Fire Bomb: Release a Fire Blast when using the sub weapon. Enemies hit are Burned.
[Burning Bullet Blaster Change]
  • Frost Shot: Transforms the sub weapon into the Frost Shot that recharges 1 shot every second. Enemies hit are Chilled.
  • Lightning Shot: Transforms the sub weapon into the Lightning Shot that recharges 1 shot every second. Enemies hit have a chance to be Shocked.
[Flame Path Change]
  • Needle Ice: Throw the Needle Ice backwards from the point of dash start-up. Damaged enemies are Frozen.
  • Shock Mine: Creates an Electric Mine behind the point of dash start-up. When an enemy steps on it, it explodes, shocking all hit targets.

  • Boss ATK increases by 10% once every 10 seconds after appearance. (Maximum 300% → 150%)
  • Changed the cost of weapon upgrades per level to 100/200/300/500/700.
  • Increased Angela’s base HP recovery to 160.
  • Increased the Elite ATK and Boss ATK increased when Assault Level increases from 15% to 20%
  • Changed the dodge chance obtained from level 2 and level 3 food from 5% to 2%, and 3% respectively.

[h3]11. NPC IndiJones sells Mysterious Dice in front of Hotel Halona.[/h3]
  • The dice’s options can be changed by using Roses.
  • There are three chances to change the option for free.
1) Three chances to change for free after starting the game.
2) The number of used free option changes are reset when the player dies or clears the game.
3) Afterwards a set amount of Roses are required to change options. (Amount of Roses required are doubled after each change.)

Dev Note #3

Hello everyone!

We are now finishing up on Chapter 5.
In Chapter 5, the Undercity Resistance is heading towards the elevator to go to Esperanza.The enemies featured in this Chapter will be slightly more powerful than those from previous Chapters.

Experience combat with additional stages and the Chapter boss: Esperanza gatekeeper cyclops.







Two new NPCs were added, and their role is to help the character progress in the direction you want. We are aware that the game’s current progression system is similar each time, so the purpose of this update is to diversify and make character progression even more distinct. Of course, this is also a key part of roguelike genre games. For example, it could be progression that sacrifices Normal DMG to maximize Skill DMG.



    [h3]#New NPC 1 - EO[/h3]
    Unlock by paying Cube currency to Jazz Bar Armstrong to increase Friendship.

  1. Equip one of the 3 main weapon cores in EO’s lab located on the first floor underground in the Jazz Bar to start the game.



  2. Main Weapon Core Upgrade
    • When a stage is in progress, Roses can be used to upgrade the weapon core up until level 5 by meeting EO.
    • Acquire a powerful buff each at level 3 and 5.




  3. Core Upgrade
    • When a stage is in progress, Roses can be used to change the properties of cores owned by meeting EO.







[h3]#New NPC 2 - Kickstarter NPC: [Mysterious Dice][/h3]

    NPC located in front of Hotel Halona now sells [Mysterious Dice].

  • The dice provides 1 buff and 1 side effect.

    • Increase Normal ATK by ( )%. (1%~99%)
    • Increase Skill ATK by ( )%. (1%~99%)
    • Increase Dash ATK by ( )%. (1%~99%)
      : Applied to all attacks resulting from dashing. (thunderbolt, chain lightning, explosions etc.)
    • Increase Sub Weapon ATK by ( )%. (1 ~ 99%)
    • Increase HP by ( ). (1~99)
    • Increase MP by ( ). (1~99)

    • The above six buff options are reduced in reverse.

    Roses can be used to change the dice’s options.
  • Free option change: 3 times
  • Additional option changes require a certain amount of Roses (amount of Roses required doubles after each change)





These features will be available with the official version.

bug fix v.0.41

  • Fixed the bug where restocked item images would sometimes fail to load after buying out all the items from the store.
  • Fixed the bug where "Revived!" text was being displayed upon entering Plantos's Chamber.
  • Characters were being revived to full HP instead of the amount determined by the level of "Resurrection" passive. This has been fixed.
  • Fixed the bug where the UI wasn't being displayed immediately when operating the port.
  • Fixed the bug where Ice Core's Dash Ice Shards didn't fall if the skill was used on a platform close to the ceiling.
  • Fixed the bug where advancing to the next stage after gaining Level 5 Spin Blade spawned only one spin blade.
  • Fixed the bug where Level 5 Furious Wave blades spawned on the player's character. They spawn where the enemy was if you kill it with Chain Rake.
  • Fixed the bug where MP was spent on Level 5 Furious Wave blades. They no longer consume MP.
  • Fixed the bug where critical count wasn’t being displayed after obtaining the Volt Charge Core.
  • Fixed the bug where the Razor’s DMG wasn’t increasing after level-up.
  • When upgrading the Core, fixed the bug where the selector cursor was moving beyond the available Cores.
  • Fixed the bug where Sniper Bullet 3’s critical DMG increase wasn’t being applied.
  • Fixed the bug where Advance Preparation did not activate at the start of a stage.
  • Fixed the bug where laser sound effects weren’t playing in the prison map.

Patch Notes v0.4

  • You can now see skill descriptions by hovering your mouse over the skill’s icon.
  • The number of waves during port battles decreased.
  • The cost of Rio’s hacking service decreased to 200.
  • Sophia’s risk gear cost increased by 300.
  • Elite enemies’ Gem/Rose drop rate increased by 50%.
  • The assault level no longer causes the risk level to increase.
  • Rio doesn’t appear at Hotel Halona.


[h3]Risk Level[/h3]
  • Risk level no longer increases during regular and boss battles.
  • Risk level accumulates quickly only when the port is active.
  • Each time the risk level increases by 1, players will receive one of the following debuffs.
    - The normal enemies’ DMG increases by 20%~60%.
    - The maximum HP of the normal enemies increases by 20%~60%.
    - Elite's DMG increases by 20%~60%.
    - Elite's maximum HP increases by 20%~60%.
    - Boss' DMG increases by 20%~60%.
    - Boss's maximum HP increases by 20%~60%.
    - If the boss's HP falls below 50%, it will be invincible for 10 seconds once.
    - If the boss’s HP falls below 50%, 3% of its maximum HP recovers every 10 seconds.
    - The boss' DMG increases by 10% every 10 seconds after his appearance. (Maximum increase rate: 300%)
    - [Reviving] elites will appear. Reviving elites have a 50% chance to revive once with full HP when killed.
    - [Poison Trail] elites will appear. Poison Trail elites leave behind a cloud of poison in their wake. The player will become poisoned if caught in the cloud.
    - [Corpse Explosion] Elite will appear. When the elite's HP reaches zero, it explodes a while later and deals AoE damage.
    - [Grenadier] elites will appear. Grenadier elites drop three grenades that will explode after a set amount of time when killed.
    - [Echoes of Cold] elites will appear. Echoes of Cold elites release a burst of cold energy that will freeze the player if caught in its AOE when killed.
    - [Executioner] elites will appear. Executioner elites gain 30% ATK and HP when a nearby elite dies.
    - [Energy Burn] elites will appear. Energy Burn elites drain 20 energy from the player every second if nearby.

  • Threat Gear Boxes
    ㅁWhen you open a Threat Gear Box, there’s a 70% chance the risk level will increase by 1.
    ㅁThere’s a high chance that a Legendary Gear will appear in the list of items available from the Box.

  • Healing Pack
    ㅁWhen you active the healing pack, there’s a 70% chance the risk level will increase by 1.
    ㅁRecovers HP by a random amount between 200~300.

  • Uncle Max Delivery
    ㅁWhen you call Uncle Max, there’s a 70% chance the risk level will increase by 1.
    ㅁYou can obtain a random food item between ★2 ~ ★4.

  • [Kil] Fixed the issue where Evil Hunter’s charge shot DMG wasn’t being applied properly.
  • [Kil] Fixed the issue where Evil Hunter’s Mark 1 DMG increase amount wasn’t being displayed properly.
  • [Kil] Fixed the issue where Evil Hunter’s Restraining Shot 1 DMG increase amount wasn’t being displayed properly.
