Hotfix regarding achievements not working properly

Hello cat organizers!

Thank you for providing us with all the valuable feedback.

With this hotfix we want to adress the following:

• Achievements should now unlock for each completed chapter with no levels skipped in it. (e.g. you've played level 1 to 10 you should get the achievement for chapter one, but not if you skipped a level in between)
  
• F12 Steam Screenshots should now work
  
• For non 16:9 monitors the game will start in windowed mode, so that the cursor isn't offset. If you use the in-game option to change the game from windowed to fullscreen and back, the game should remember your setting
  

A known issue is, that the social media buttons do not link to the correct websites for some users. We still couldn't figure out why that is, sorry!
