Due to the current server load in the Classic Era and Lotus Era open worlds remaining below 5% for an extended period, these servers have caused unnecessary waste of server resources and operating costs. To ensure sustainable long-term operations, we have decided to make the following adjustment:
On July 24, 2025, at 06:00 UTC, the Classic Era and Lotus Era open world servers will be permanently shut down. The New Era open world will continue to operate as the long-term permanent server. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

To avoid unnecessary losses, we kindly ask all players who have not yet transferred their characters to New Era to please do so as soon as possible by clicking here [/p][p]
(Character transfers can still be requested even after the open worlds are shut down. However, any items that have not been stored in your character’s inventory will not be transferred.)[/p]
