What's next for Wicked!

Folks, as you might have already noticed, we're taking a bit more time for the first Wicked Breach Patch.

Right after Breach released, as expected we had to immediately release some hotfixes in order to take care of immediate balance, bugfixes and QoL stuff.

During that time, we've also looked at all the feedback we've received, big and small and watched an ungodly amount of all of you playing Wicked so that we could hone in on where we need to tighten things in order to make Wicked better and better.

We're aiming extremely high with this Patch and will try to fix most of the concerns people could still bring up while playing Wicked. On top of that, we're introducing entirely new features, tons and tons of polish, we will just elevate Wicked to yet another level.

Meanwhile, we're also already playtesting and polishing Co-Op, which is the next Major Update we'll be releasing.

So please stay tuned. We're all working extremely hard and are burning the midnight oil in order to get this all into your hands as fast as possible! 👍❤️

Early Access Patch Notes - The Breach Hotfix #4

Hey Folks,

We’re back with yet another Hotfix! We’re already busy working towards Patch 1, which will bring some massive changes and improvements, but in the meantime we wanted to get another update out that mainly focuses on smoothing out the experience for players.

We are aware of remaining stutters and are investigating them. If you do encounter any performance issues (stutters, leaks, etc) please create a post on the forum including a video of the issue as well as your datastore and log as it will help us look into them better!

⚔️ Performance:
  • Generally improved performance in multiple scenarios
  • Improved certain stutters when loading areas


⚔️ Quality of Life Improvements:
  • Chest stack size increased from 99 to 999


⚔️ Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed crash when entering Lowland Meadows during a pestilence outbreak
  • Fixed damage sometimes being applied repeatedly on enemies in the Crucible
  • Fixed Marin Woods & Lowland Meadows being unable to trigger a pestilence outbreak naturally
  • Fixed Marin Woods & Lowland Meadows being unable to change which faction controlled the area
  • Fixed getting showered with Traces and XP in the Crucible
  • Fixed being able to become invincible after completing the Crucible with multiple revive echoes
  • Fixed enemies being immune to poise damage during hit reactions
  • Fixed health bars being visible when they shouldn’t be and getting stuck on screen
  • Fixed the Solace Ring’s effect not working
  • Fixed Fierce Ring’s effect not working
