KARMA: First Post Launch Patch!

What an amazing week it has been since the launch of KARMA: The Dark World! We have been absolutely blown away by the outpouring of love from the community. Your feedback has been invaluable. That enthusiasm and support fuel our passion to deliver even more exciting KARMA related content for you all.

We've got our first patch live right now - but before we get to the patch notes, a little bit of housekeeping for you all ;

If you’re attending the London Games Festival, do come and say hello to the team, we’d love to meet you face-to-face and answer any questions you have about the game!
We're on the bottom floor of the event opposite the presentation / talk stage - so look for the people with microphones then head into the shadows where the cool indie games are!

We've been lovingly sharing all your virtual photography with the team, as well as your fan art and streams,. This weekend we'll be showcasing some of our favourites here and on our socials - with game keys and codes for the artbook / soundtracks for the ones we like most!

Make sure you have all your screenshots and creations on socials by Saturday, and remember to tag us @wiredp so we see them!

Corrected some Chinese subtitle typos.
The ad video now correctly loops in the stamping room.
Players can no longer accidentally get locked in some rooms.
Adjusted the peeping perspective in Rachel’s house.
The game no longer gets stuck when videos fail to play.
Motion blur no longer erroneously re-enables.
The camera tutorial can now be completed on non-16:9 monitors.
Players no longer get stuck due to erroneous frame interactions during the Crimson Amber sequence.
Fixed multiple localisation errors in texts, tips and control prompts.
Added a VP9 video playback check on the title screen: The system will prompt users to install the “VP9 Video Extensions” from the Microsoft Store if any decoding issues are detected. Please contact support for assistance if needed.
