We highly appreciate our users’ great support in providing much information regarding the uses/Users of the Illegal Program after the previous announcement. Throughout internal investigations and information provided, unusual data of users concerning such action has been confirmed.
The permanent suspension has been given to accounts mentioned above based on Operational Policy. SoulWorker Team will always be still waiting for our users’ continuous support to eliminate the further possibility and keep an eye on our in-game system.
Further details will be announced on our official Steam Announcement when being confirmed.

[Prior notice for investigating Market Manipulation]
Operation Team has confirmed that there are unusual priced trades that have been ongoing between users in a particular way and also investigated for the possibility of RMT (Real Money Trading) and artificial price-fixing against our Operational Policy.
Market Sellers selling their items out of proportion to the market prices will be required to adjust their current price down to within 30% of average trades - exceptions for Cash purchased and TERA-graded items.

If no modifications are applied, they will be suspended for the reason of Market System Abuse and further such as RMT, Fraud, and In-game violations.
Investigations will be conducted after the announcement.
We will thoroughly deal with this issue, and restrictions will be given for the previous transactions when being confirmed as an irregular action mentioned above at any time.
