[Notice] Compensation for the drop rate issue of Parable's A.R Transmitter

Hello, this is an announcement from SoulWorker.
We are here to inform you that there was an issue found with the drop rate of Akashic Record.
Since the update of Parable’s A.R Transmitter on September 2, 2021, ★5’s drop rate (1.2%) should have been the same rate as ‘New History's A.R Transmitter’. However, after a careful internal investigation, it has been confirmed that ★5’s drop rate of Parable's A.R Transmitter is currently set as 2.4%. Various other drop rates have been thoroughly checked and no other issues have been found except Parable's Akashic Record Transmitter.

We truly apologize for causing concerns to all users with unstable services. After the Parable's A.R Transmitter update, several other special A.R Transmitters were released. Those A.R Transmitter have also been checked entirely, and the ★5's drop rate of those was set as accurate as 1.2%. Since those transmitters had informed that there was the same drop rate as Parable's A.R Transmitter, the following compensation will be provided to users who purchased the issued A.R Transmitter below.

The details are as follows:
- Eligible for Compensation: Users who have purchased 2021 Illuminated A.R Transmitter / Halloween Special A.R Transmitter and related products

- Compensation in detail: Parable's A.R Transmitter will be provided as equal as each user has purchased 2021 Illuminated A.R Transmitter / Halloween Special A.R Transmitter before the update.

e.g.) If purchased: 2021 Illuminated A.R Transmitter PKG III x2 / 2021 Illuminated A.R Transmitter x 5 / Halloween Special A.R Transmitter x3

> Parable's A.R Transmitter (55+55+5+3) 118 will be provided.

- Compensation Date: After the update of December 9, 2021

★5’s drop rate of Parable's A.R Transmitter will be adjusted while December’s First Update is taken.
The rate will be changed from 2.4% to 1.2% as same as with other transmitters.
