Before begins with, SoulWorker Team sincerely apologize for huge inconvenience regarding our users’ gameplay on January 23rd and that of future use.

Internal investigation has been unexpectedly delayed regarding the exploit user who has been not only obtaining game resources in illegal way, but also requesting a payment for revealing the exploits - These actions are confirmed as a certain violations against our Operational Policy.

With our deepest apologies for the delayed announcement and lack of responsibility concerning the issue mentioned above, we are here to inform you that artificial client modifications will no longer be tolerated to our service.

As follows, SoulWorker Development Team will concentrate on monitoring process and our internal security system in order to prevent such issues as same as Hackings and Illegal Programs.
Further measures will be sequentially conducted.

For safer/secured service, SoulWorker Dev and Operation Team will always try to do our best for the purpose of providing a fair environment for our SoulWorker users worldwide.
