[Notice] In-game Known Issues - Loss of Zenny (EN Server)

Hello, this is an announcement from SoulWorker.
We have found out that there are some losses of Zenny on certain user accounts.

Please check the details below.

[Cause of the Issue]
- Account Sync issues have occurred during User Support (1:1 Inquiry) processing.

[Solution]
- The issue will be fixed on May 19, 2022 16:30 GMT
- Lost Zenny will be restored (after May 19, 2022 09:00 GMT)

[Accounts confirmed to have issues]
- 2 in total

[Compensation]
- Parable's A.R Transmitter x 3
- High-Grade Attack Tag Transmitter II x 2

NOTE: The compensation and lost Zenny will be sent to account mail (H.E.M.S) of the users who have experienced inconvenience.
