1) The Customer Center personnel and GMs do not ask for your personal information such as an address, contact information. (However, there may be formal requests for handling inquiries.)
2) The Customer Center personnel and GMs do not send e-mails that induce personal information. (However, there may be formal requests for event reward delivery, but in this case, separate notice can be made.)
3) Please make sure to check that the mail is sent through the official channels.
4) We ask you to pay attention to the impersonation of GMs and admins. For the official GMs and admins, the unique emblem displays below. Also, the official GMs and admins do not request personal information and 1:1 transaction through chat.
