[Notice] Internal Server Issues

We have been checked that our beloved users worldwide have a problem accessing our server, especially in Tenebris.

[Currently Reported Issue]

- No response from the server
- Unable to access to server after logging-in
※ Reported issues we have mentioned above is related to the server delay. So please be patient until connecting.

- Server Deactivation
※ Our server has been overloaded; please click ‘Quit the game’ on the setting and restart the client.
Our server is currently based in different regions for the global service expansion. However, connection error is currently under the adjustment, and our dev works to fix these known issues.

We will accommodate systems as soon as possible for your smooth gameplay and always try to return your love and support by providing the best services we can.
