Hello, this is the SoulWorker operation team.
We are going into short maintenance in order to fix some issues we've been seeing.
The details of this maintenance are as follows:

[Issues Being Fixed]
- Issues regarding new users not having received special packages (Additional Information)

(1) Issues not being able to log into servers [TC] Rosca and [EN] Tenebris servers at all after the opening of Global Servers.
-> You can receive rewards after logging in after the Temporary Maintenance has been completed.
*However, you must choose the server you wish to play on (EN or TC).

(2) Issues regarding not being able to receive rewards regardless of having chosen [EN] Tenebris or [TC] Rosca server.

- The limit of entrances to Mazes snot being reset
- Other Bug Issues
