We have internally found an in-game issue related to ‘Item Drop System’ after January 5th Update.

Further details are as follows:

▶ ‘Item Drop System’ is not properly working at the moment.
- Where: Some Mazes / Raids in Grasscover Camp / Dipluce Horizon / Golden Citadel / Grace City - West War / Arcadia Realm

[Fix]
*Fix Schedule and Compensation will be announced when they are decided.
