[Notice] Reinstall the Game (Steam Library) (23.04.27 REVISED)

Hello, this is an announcement from SoulWorker.

We have been reported client crashes and infinite stuck on loading screen issues in some of gaming environments after April 20th Update.


Further details are as follows:


【CLIENT CRASHES / INFINITE LOADING / etc.】
- (Those issues can be occurred) If you don't properly install the files that has been redistributed.
- (Those issues can be occurred) If you are using (+ used before) and activating (+activated before) unauthorized programs.
→ Some gaming environments may have problems such as infinite loading.

* Update on investigation on game access issues
Game client cannot be launched due to an error in the process of loading graphic card information.
→ Our relevant team is working hard to fix the issue, and we will let you know as soon as we have a solution. (4/21 REVISED)

★ There have been additional reports of client crashes and infinite loading issues in some gaming environments.

- Some [Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics] gaming environments may not be able to access the game.
- Some [Intel® UHD Graphics for 11th & 12th Gen Intel® Processors] gaming environments may not be able to access the game.
- Some of Graphics Cards that [No Longer Support for DirectX 9] → It may not be able to access the game.

We are currently looking for ways to solve these issues.
Therefore, it is very difficult to respond immediately to inquiries related to these problems. (4/27 REVISED)

【HOW TO FIX】
1. Steam Client: DELETE → REINSTALL
- Delete the Steam Client → Reinstall → Download all the redistributed files from Steam → This may resolve most of problems (Client Crashes / Infinite Loading / etc.)

2. List of Files that require Additional Installation [ for Troubleshooting ]
- [ MSVCP100.dll / MSVCR100.dll ] error message → You need to install [ Visual Studio 2010(VC++ 10.0) ] Redistributed Package
* Must Install [ x64 Architecture ]

- [ MSVCP120.dll / MSVCR120.dll ] error message → You need to install [ Visual Studio 2013(VC++ 12.0) ] Redistributed Package
* Must Install [ x64 Architecture ]

- [ MSVCP140.dll / MSVCR140.dll / api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll ] error message → You need to install [ Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 ] Redistributed Package
* Must Install [ x64 Architecture ]
