[Notice] Temporary Shutdown of Tag Transmission in Cash Shop

After reviewing the suggestions from workers, here is an announcement related to the Tag Transmission in Cash Shop.

To improve the options and drop rate of Tag Transmission, Tag Transmission in Cash Shop will be DISABLED for a certain period of time after the regular maintenance on 7th December 2023.
