[Notice] Trade Restriction System Change - Cash Shop Product

Hello, this is SoulWorker Operation Team.
Changes in the Trading Restriction Mechanism for Cash Items purchased in the Cash Shop will be applied sequentially through the first (Dec 7th) and second (Dec 21st) updates in December, 2023.
The details are as follows:

[Current Restriction Mechanism]
※ Users with More than 51 Cumulative Attendance days (ACCOUNT BASIS):
> Purchase Costumes and Costume PKG → [Can be Traded]

※ Users with Less than 51 Cumulative Attendance days (ACCOUNT BASIS):
> Purchase Costumes and Costume PKG → [Cannot be Traded: For 30 Days]

[Amended Restriction Mechanism]
※ Trading (Market/Personal Transaction/H.E.M.S) is restricted for 30 days after the first purchase of Cash Items in the Cash Shop. (ACCOUNT BASIS)
> Accounts with a record of purchasing Cash Items in Cash Shop [after October 2nd, 2020] can use the trading system normally.
> For accounts with NO record of purchasing Cash Items in Cash Shop [after October 2nd, 2020], the trading system will be restricted for 30 days upon the first purchase of Cash Items in Cash Shop.

※ The minimum level required to use the Trading Function is raised to Level 82. (ACCOUNT BASIS) (Already Applied on December 7th Update)

※ The Trading Restriction Mechanism applied after February 23rd Update will be DELETED.
> [Trading allowed for more than 51 days of Cumulative Attendance and 30-day Trading Restriction for less than 51 days of Cumulative Attendance] will be DELETED.

- After the December 21st Update

* More details of the new Trading Restriction Mechanism will be announced through ‘[Notice] 231221 Update Note Preview’.
