[Notice] In-game Known Issues

We have internally reviewed and found several in-game issues after May 12th Update.

Further details are as follows:

[Issue and Fix]
(1) [Pale Ashes Extend Gear +6 Select Option] → [Pale Ashes Havoc Head Extend I +6 PKG] Issue
- Details:
> This Package is related to EN Server 1st ANNIVERSARY EVENT.
> An issue of [Pale Ashes Havoc Head Extend I +6 PKG]: Only [Haru] character could be opened.
- Fix:
> This issue will be fixed on the May 26th Update.
> Please exchange to this package after the May 26th Update.

(2) RIDDLE: Yes or No EVENT - First Question Issue (Traditional Chinese)
- Details:
> 'Golden Retriever' spelling in Traditional Chinese
> Word choice differences between NPC name and Quiz.
- Fix:
> This issue has been fixed by Game Client Patch.
> Please update the game right now.

[Compensation]
(For – Entire Users)
> Parable's A.R Transmitter x3 will be provided.
> This compensation can be received from May 13th to May 26th Update.
> Please get this compensation before May 26th Update.
> Refresh H.E.M.S if there is no compensation mail.

> Unified Attack Brooch Cube (Possession) x2 and Resurrector x10 will be provided.
> This compensation will be delivered after May 26th Update.
