Operation Team has confirmed that there are unusual priced trades that have been ongoing between users in a particular way and also investigated for the possibility of RMT (Real Money Trading) and artificial price-fixing against our Operational Policy.
Market Sellers selling their items out of proportion to the market prices will be required to adjust their current price down to within 30% of average trades - exceptions for Cash purchased and TERA-graded items.

If no modifications are applied, they will be suspended for the reason of Market System Abuse and further such as RMT, Fraud, and In-game violations.
Investigations will be conducted after the announcement.
We will thoroughly deal with this issue, and restrictions will be given for the previous transactions when being confirmed as an irregular action mentioned above at any time.

Instead, he was happy staring down at the so-called heroes of humanity on this gigantic battlefield the powerful one had prepared for him.

This Leader of Vessi can finally indulge in the ecstasy that could not formerly be found. This place is where you and your men will see your last battle, a battlefield filled sacrificed by SoulWorkers and humans alike.

> The SV gain per combos will be adjusted, and new function regarding SV Recovery will be added to Advancement Passive.
> Other minimized modifications will be scheduled.

As we have stated officially, SoulWorker is thoroughly deal with violations against our Operational Policy.

While investigating many issues that our users have been consecutively submitted, we have been internally reviewed that 1003 accounts have been confirmed as botting concerning the abuse of market.
Followed by Operational Policy, 641 accounts have been confirmed as irregular character creation and permanently suspended. Additionally, the rest of the 362 accounts are still under investigation.
Restrictions will be imposed on those accounts concerning violations mentioned above at any time. Investigations regarding the rest of 362 accounts have been completed, and appropriate measures have been conducted. (8/27 Updated)

Please refer to our upcoming official Steam Announcement for further details. On top of that, the top-rated restrictions have been given to accounts of the Discord Exploit Selling platform. All characters in relation to the account mentioned above or that of unusual activity are currently being investigated.
We highly appreciate our users’ interest and support for SoulWorker.

We have confirmed that there are not that many accounts using the illegal program, and limitless production of in-game currency/items is impossible. Those abuses have been generally conducted by multiple account creation. Please be notified that it will be taking a couple of days to review many unrevealed issues in detail.
