1.03 More rumble support, fixes

Controller rumble support has been improved, you can turn it off in the settings
The space zone minigame npc now says the correct dialogue line after winning multiple times
The bird now should fly you at a consistent velocity across framerates
Indicators now should be on by default (they are forced on because of this update, you'll have to turn them off again if you don't use them)
The slime's body is now a bit rounder
An additional tutorial sign has been added, hoping to improve the learning process in the first zone
