Update 37: The Halloween Season starts now!
Get ready to be spooked, Champions!
Season 1 - Halloween is live and with this update it brings tons of new weapon skins, grappling hook skins, hats, game improvements and more!
Let's dive right in the update log!
New:
- Added new seasonal weapon skins, grappling hook skins, hats, armor paints and more
- Added Battle Pass (season pass) with free and premium tiers
- Play multiplayer matches to get XP and to gain levels to the Battle Pass. Each level unlocks new items!
- The Premium Battle Pass grants more than double the items during the season! It can be purchased in the shop.
- Added match result and XP gained screen at the end of the matches
- Added featured creator highlight in the Entry
- The HUB got Halloween themed lighting
- Default skin is randomized for new players
- Added basic username blacklist filtering on setting custom player name
Improvements and changes:
- Added higher smooth turn speeds
- Lowered the maximum levels of the microphone boost for voice chat
- Laser Beamer range nerfed
- Changed the closed graphics of the Energy Blade to better communicate when it is turned off
- Updated the voice chat plugin under the hood
- Improved the random selection on equal votes and level order in the Lobby
- Voice chat not effected by master volume, changed UI text to be more clear on what the option does
Fixes:
- Fixed voice volume zeroing on global volume change
- Fixed gaps and colliders on Spiral
- Fixed spawn points on Complex
- Fixed a lot of backend and server bugs
- Fixed file size of the saved state of the customizations
- Fixed marking seen items only if player owns them
