Pizza Slice is heating up – and not just in the kitchen! In today’s devlog, we’re taking a closer look at the people walking the streets of our pizza-loving city. Yep, we’re talking about NPCs – and how we’re making sure each one is as unique as your favorite pizza topping combo.

No Clones Here – Every NPC Looks Different!

We didn’t want to populate the streets with cookie-cutter characters. That’s why we’ve built a randomization system that creates tons of unique NPCs. From hairstyles and clothing to accessories and color palettes – each citizen will have their own style. Some of them might even become local legends.





Their Taste Buds, Your Challenge

But it’s not just about how they look – our NPCs react to what you serve them! Depending on the ingredients and quality of your pizza, you’ll see a variety of reactions: smiles, surprise, and sometimes… awkward silence.



We’ve already created several customer reactions and sample pizzas, some of which you can preview in this devlog. In the future, we plan to expand this even further with new customer types, preferences, and expressions to make every order more meaningful (and a bit unpredictable).

Our team is currently focused on expanding the variety of pizzas, improving customer feedback, and fine-tuning NPC behavior. We want your pizzeria to feel alive – where every customer has a voice, and every slice tells a story.
