This patch contains various fixes aimed at stabilizing the netplay experience. We are continuing to monitor network performance and resolve issues. FIXES
- Fixed issue where clients could disconnect on final kill of the match if it was rolled back
- Fixed issue where player could be taken back to showdown if disconnect happened during kill
- Fixed crash when an entity is on fire but not emitting flame particles
- Fixed crash if user disconnected during ranked match start
- Fixed crash if ranked player drops connection during VS intro
- Fixed server issue where ranked match results could fail to report

- Added 2 frame buffer to screen slash effects to reduce rollback artifacts
