v1.2.5-rc.7 Minor Hotfixes

The bots at the Fabricator entrance no longer respawn once the laser fence comes down to grant you access.
Completing the Chaotic JEF without ever talking to Makalak at the entrance will now retroactively complete the Chaoitic JEF quest.
Fixed an issue in Scramble that caused the quest to get the item from the trapped Pewpoppa in the Husk to be stuck in an incomplete state.
