Changelog:
- Changed version checking netcode
- Fixed the fixed timestep not being 1.0 / 90.0
- Fixed Save button not working in VR (SideQuest version of the game is still not able to save at this time)
- Fixed log spam from dedicated server (Windows server seems to be broken at the moment)
- Changed default smooth turn speed from 1 to 90
