Patch 1.1.24

  • Fixed, non-aggressive AI creatures will now properly aggro the player or other creatures when attacked if they don't choose to flee.
  • The blood splatter effect is once again enabled for attacks, if show blood is enabled in the settings.
  • Fixed a problem with the creature spawning system where it was causing nest insects to stop spawning gradually over time.
  • Meganeura now has approximately 1/3 of its previous amount of flesh.
  • Meganeura now uses double sided rendering so its wings aren't invisible when viewed from behind or underneath.

New Dimetrodon Model (Patch 1.1.23)

  • The dimetrodon has a new model, animations, and skin textures.
  • The dimetrodon has had its movement speed reduced.
  • The dimetrodon now has the Venomous Bite ability.
  • The Venomous Bite ability no longer has a stamina cost.

Patch 1.1.22

  • Food poisoning damage is now being referred to as venom damage.
  • Venom damage is now displayed on the the healthbar for AI creatures.
  • Venom damage has been adjusted and is being calculated differently now.
  • Venom damage no longer slows health regeneration up to 100%, it now does damage at all times, not just when over 100%. For the player and AI creatures.
  • Titanoboa now has the Stalker trait for the limbs slot.
  • The venom ability now does 25% base damage, down from 100%.
  • The venom ability now requires and costs 5% stamina to use, down from 10%.
  • The venom ability no longer deals bleed damage from its attack if the species can deal bleed damage.
  • The venom ability venom amount is now also determined by your creature's size category in addition to its growth stage. Smaller and younger creatures do less venom damage.
  • Fixed a glitch where in rare instances AI creatures that died could continue to move to a destination.
  • Fixed some problems with task rewards for Kill tasks, now the player should get credit when the creature is killed regardless of how it died if the player has any recent aggro on it.
  • Aggro is no longer cleared when a creature flees.
  • Now, the arganodus, chinlea, devonian lungfish, and mawsonia fish will count towards aquatic kill tasks instead of terrestrial kill tasks.

Patch 1.1.21

  • "No Target" text has been removed to not obstruct game view when you don't have a target.
  • A message is now displayed when enabling or disabling healthbars.
  • Other healthbar show range is now equal to your creature's smell range. When outside of this range the healthbar will clear its target. Smell range is determined by your creature's smelling category. Weak, average, strong, and apex.
