Environment Update

A new sky/weather system is being used to improve visuals.

All maps and biomes other than the desert have had their vegetation models changed, this includes grass, plants, and trees. (Pangaea still a WiP)

All edible plants have been changed to new models, of berry plants.

All edible trees have been changed to new models, of flowering trees.

Fixed some glitches regarding wounds.

Wounds no longer heal over time but will be removed when you enter the game with full health. (Temporary)

Wounds may not be appearing on your creature, depending on the size of the creature. The size of wounds needs to be adjusted per species. (Will be in a future patch)

Wounds

Taking damage inflicts a visual wound somewhere on your creature's 3d model.

As a corpse is eaten from it also receives these wounds.

Wounds heal over time.

Creature Skin Selection

The character select and character creation screens now feature a 3d model representation of the selected creature.

The character creation process now involves selecting a skin texture for your creature to start with.

Update 0.32.2.1

When it rains, the water level rises at a speed dependent on the severity of the rainy weather. This can cause massive flooding in some cases.

After the rain stops, the water level slowly goes down to its normal level.

Weather Update

The weather now controls the wind that affects the trees and plants. This includes most edible trees and plants as well.

Now there is less fog with some weather.
