A small update with fixes

Changelog:

• Quests now checks if objectives are already fulfilled
  
• Fixed bug with loading game when all quests were completed
  
• Tech panel - hide tech price of already researched techs
  
• Fixed mining drone laser drawn over a station
  

Even more QOL improvements :)

• Power Info overlay - see device power production/consumption
  
• Mining drone now have engine exhaust particles
  
• Changed asteroid spawning logic - fewer asteroids of larger size
  
• New asteroid sprites
  
• Show outline around selected asteroid
  
• Fixed trading screen - sometimes stack was reset when trying to sell more
  
• Fixed ship engine exhaust on menu
  

A lot of minor improvements were done in this update.
It took me longer than I expected as I've spent a lot of time preparing device & crew graphics for custom shaders (oh boy was that tons of fun)

• Show outline around selected crew or device
  
• Fixed observatory impact on detection chance
  
• Extend crew activity info with what they're carrying
  
• Unpausing brings back previous speed (earlier it was always to x1 speed)
  
• Require confirmation before deleting a save game
  
• Airlock is now animated on use
  
• Updated water refinery look
  
• Black CORP panel now scales
  
• Scrap metal is no longer shown in the build panel
  

Hi there!

Today's update revisits quests, now they should lead you a little better, through more mechanics in the game.

Important! Loading game saves from pre v0.19.2 will have their quest progress reset.

• Redone quests (few modified, few added)

• Fixed crew time from joining the station
