Trivia Tricks 0.9.0.4 (Accessory Name/Rainbow Shirt Hotfix)

- Fixed a bug in the Character Creator where names couldn't be typed while in an accessory slot tab
- Fixed a bug where the Rainbow Shirt wasn't being automatically unlocked for returning players
- Fixed a bug causing returning players who explicitly selected the 'Nothing' accessory would be unable to save that character without without leaving and reopening the Character Creator
- Fixed a bug where, if player user hadn't booted the game in awhile, the items that have been given away for free since they last signed on weren't being retroactively added to their save file (This impacted 'Lashes', 'Count's Cape', 'Fangs Shirt' and 'Santa Hat')
