Compete With Up To 4 Twitch Chats In The Same Game!
Hello Tricksters!
This update completes our Twitch Integration Early Access milestone with our most requested feature - connecting multiple Twitch Chats into the same game!

Running a collab stream? Now you can pit your chats against each other and see who has the smartest viewers!
We also took this time to address the feedback we’ve received from streamers and redesigned the Twitch connection flow. Your account details and chat nickname will now be saved, allowing you to add any previously used Twitch Chats with a single button.

Twitch characters now also wear hats to help them stand out in a crowd of purple! This update marks the completion of our Twitch Integration Early Access milestone, however, this doesn’t mean we’re finished with Twitch Integration! Just like Co-Op Vs Boss mode we will continue to expand our integration with improvements and maintainance.

There's some new community suggested cosmetics included in this update, as well as a new model for the Hoodie. Want your killer cosmetic idea added to Trivia Tricks? Send what you’re thinking in our Discord and we’ll see what we can do!

Last of our major features is a new ‘How To Play’ menu, which will open on your first visit to the Character Select Screen. This continues our efforts started our previous release, Regular Update #23, to give better tutorials to new players. Already know how you want to play? Just tick ‘Don’t Show Again’ and the menu will stop automatically opening.
Got all that? Those are just a selection of the changes that are now available in version 0.9.5.5! Interested in the full changes? Read on!

- On your session’s first visit to the Character Select Screen a new ‘How To Play’ menu will be shown, with explanations on how to play with friends. Learn how to play when: ‘My friends own Trivia Tricks’, ‘My friends are next to me’ or ‘My friends don’t own Trivia Tricks’!
- These have also been added to our Official Remote Play Guide!
- If you tick ‘Don’t Show Again’ for this menu then it will stop automatically displaying unless you explicitly press the button to bring it up!
- When the answer to a question is being revealed the answer camera will now zoom into the TV, making the text more readable for players who are far away from their displays (such as playing Trivia Tricks from a couch in a group, or on Remote Play to a phone)
- You’ll find two new cosmetics for your head in the Character Creator! The ‘Spiky Quiff’ and the ‘Chefs Hat’!
- The ‘Hoodie’ shirt has been given a new model

- White borders have now been added to the highlighted state of every button, making it clearer for controller players which button is currently highlighted
- Added 40 additional questions, the vast majority suggested by the Discord community! Thank you to everyone who has suggested questions so far!
- Fixed some typos and cleaned up the wording on a variety of questions. Thanks to all of you who took the time to report these to us directly!
- Fixed a bug where, during the start of a game, the TV wouldn’t be entirely in frame when the bonuses were shown
- Fixed a bug where Mr. Tricks would try to talk about so many players at once that he would talk himself off-screen (he’s always been a chatterbox...)
- Mr. Tricks will now talk for longer when new players join (see, chatterbox!) to fix a
disconnect issue when many players with bad connections join at once - Fixed a bug where the spotlight on the title screen was off
- Fixed a bug where the stage lights would display the wrong pattern if a player joined during the ending leaderboard reveal
- Fixed a bug where the camera would suddenly snap to the TV when displaying the answers if a player didn't answer
- Fixed a bug where, if players entered an input from an unconnected gamepad, the displayed message's prompt did not correctly cycle through all the inputs possible
