Content Patch #9 -- Hotfix #17

The game has been patched to fix a few bugs.

• Fixed a bug where using Oil Can Essence after using Oil Can would always result in the same column being re-spun
  
• Fixed a bug where Buffing Capsule was stacking additively instead of multiplicatively if the player had Capsule Machine Essence
  
• Fixed a bug where Lucky Seven was temporarily displaying a hex code when its item count was increased
  
• Fixed a bug where some text colors in the inventory weren't being affected by their assigned hex codes
